Kevin
Kevin is the owner and Cellarmaster at Scarborough Cellars and has been for 43 years. Kevin has exceptional wine knowledge having tutored and lectured about all things wine throughout his life. Kevin has a love and passion for Champagne and sparkling Shiraz, he also has a deep affection for Barossa Shiraz and the many winemakers who produce them.
Michael
Michael is one of our managers with over 20 years in the industry. Michael loves full bodied reds ranging from the Rhone Valley in France to Heathcote in Victoria, he has a range of knowledge wherever your interests may be and you will always receive a warm welcome from Michael. Michael loves working with his family and is proud to carry on the family business.
Jordan
Jordan is one of our managers with 10 years experience at Scarborough Cellars. Jordan loves all things wine, beer and whisky. His favourite grape is Grenache and McLaren Vale is his favourite region, his favourite beer style is a West Coast IPA. Jordan loves spending his days chatting with people about his passions of the liquor industry and the many creations made.
Jordan (JC)
JC is a relative newcomer to the liquor industry, he has been fast to become a huge fan our sour and decedent dessert style brews. He is expanding his palate with wine appreciation and currently gaining knowledge and experience so don’t hesitate to come past and ask him a question about your favourite drop.
Chris
Chris is a journeyman in the industry having managed and operated hotels as a young man in his home town state of Victoria. Chris worked with us in the 80’s & 90’s followed by 20 years with Lion Nathan Brewers in Sydney before eventually settling back in Perth and working with us in the cellar again. Chris loves a good red and a large range of wines, from Pinot Noirs to Italian styles. Come in for a chinwag with Chris.
